In keeping with the bayanihan spirit, DISADECO supports the government’s efforts in combatting the spread of COVID-19 virus. Most recently, the cooperative donated hygiene aids to frontline workers in at least 19 barangays of the municipality of Diffun.

The hygiene kit includes alcohol, face shield, face mask and vitamins. These are distributed to the following barangays, namely: Andres Bonifacio, Aurora East, Aurora West, Balagbag, Bannawag, Campamento, Guribang, Ifugao Village, Rizal, Liwayway, Luttuad, Magsaysay, Macate, Maria Clara, Ricarte Norte, Ricarte Sur, San Antonio, San Isidro, and Villa Pascua.

The protective items will be used by the barangay front-liners who will be manning the barangay outposts.

Ms. Brenda Wandagan, training officer of DISADECO spearheaded the distribution to the officials of the said barangays.
