The construction of DISADECO-Angadanan’s multi-services center kicks off on Saturday, November 20, 2021 in simple groundbreaking rites.
The center will soon have an administration building, a farmers’ center, a mini-mart and a gas station.
The occasion was attended by the members of the board of directors and the management staff of the cooperative. Also present are barangay officials headed by barangay captain Eduardo R. Baricao Sr.
In her short message, Ms. Marcy Foryasen, BOD chairperson, said that the project should serve as an inspiration to all employees to continuously improve the services of the cooperative in order for the whole organization to keep on growing. For his part, Rev. Cris Galang prayed for the construction to pursue without any untoward incident and that the project will help improve the community.
After the prayer, the CEO Ms. Retchelle D. Jose and the members of the board of directors were each given a spade for the ceremonial groundbreaking.
The center is located along the soon-to-be-developed by-pass road to San Guillermo, Isabela. It is envisioned to serve Angadanan and the nearby municipalities of Isabela.
The project is expected to be completed by end of September 2022.
EARLIER, on November 18, 2021, DISADECO has started the construction of another commercial complex project at San Nicolas, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. This undertaking is expected to be completed by end of December 2022.
