It is conducted by the Commission through its 16 Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards. It is an advocacy strategy to heighten national consciousness and commitment to quality and productivity, and showcase best designed and successfully implemented productivity improvement programs and practices.

This year’s competition revolves around the theme, “Bounce Back Better.”

According to the Commission, only MSMEs who are compliant with labor and occupational safety and health standards and those which are compliant to safety and health protocols to prevent COVID-19 infection and transmission are allowed to join.
