Residential homes are usually secured through patronage of non-life insurance. Cooperative members though seldom appreciate insuring their homes. And even if homes are insured, there’s no guarantee that all properties are covered by insurance. Besides the works of God or nature, disintegration of residential homes and its contents are often due to fire. Fire is sometimes due to defective liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanks and spread is very fast with the explosion of LPG tank. Eastern Composite Gas or EC Gas is the newest product division under Eastern Petroleum Corporation carrying the latest innovation in LPG safety. It was officially launched on September 5, 2013 and was introduced the country’s first and safest fiberglass composite LPG cylinders into the Philippine market.EC Gas aims to make each Filipino household safer by introducing the only explosion proof cylinder that is also lightweight and with visible LPG level.

Members need construction materials to construct homes that can withstand drastic weather changes. Capability to construct homes is one of the measures of improving members’ lives.  Knowing how difficult every penny is earned, the cooperative must guarantee that the members buy quality materials at affordable price. Construction materials being bought must be those that passed product standard.

DISADECO Training Center
  1. Rental and Rates of facilities use:
    1. Admin Training Center – TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,500.00) per day (8-hours). A P350 per hour shall be charge thereafter in excess of eight (8) hours.
    2. DFC Training Center – FOUR THOUSAND FIVE PESOS (P4,500.00). A P575 per hour shall be charged thereafter in excess of eight hours.
    3. A four-hour use or less of the Admin and DFC Hall shall be changed one thousand two hundred fifty pesos (P1,250.00) and two thousand five hundred pesos (P2,500.00) respectively.
  2. Other Charges:
    1. In case the member – patron invites outside caterers, the caterer will pay an additional ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00) per day for janitorial and laundry services.
    2. In case member – patron requests for special hall preparation prior to the use of the hall, a P350 and a P575 shall be charged for every hour spent in preparing the admin and DFC training hall respectively.
  3. The use of the Training Center includes the following facilities: overhead projector, sound system, Television Set, VCD Player, working tables and chairs, etc.
